Growth plans are stronger when they begin with evidence. Rising acquisition costs, slow delivery or uneven sales may be symptoms of different underlying constraints. Adding budget before understanding the constraint can make the wrong process more expensive.

Start with a short review of the customer journey, the handoffs between teams and the numbers that describe performance. Ask where work waits, where information is re-entered and where prospective customers stop progressing.

Prioritize one or two root causes, define what a useful improvement would look like and agree how it will be measured. Then choose the smallest practical intervention that can test the hypothesis.
